Go Bananas Family Entertainment Centre is WA’s largest purpose built indoor play centre. We have Australia’s largest multi-level climbing frame with multiple slides, bouncy castles, cubby and play climbers all housed in a fantasy bananaland which has to be seen to be believed!
Let your little ones Go Bananas in age appropriate play areas, whilst you supervise and relax in our Castle Cafe, serving quality coffee, home baked treats, and healthy lunches.
Mother’s Groups and Play Groups are very welcome – there is plenty of space for groups and for strollers.
Birthday parties are our forte – choose from a reserved party table or one of our three themed rooms.

Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care is provided by our qualified, experienced and caring staff. A daily program of incursions and (during Vacation Care) excusions is available.

Rude staff who dont know the meaning of fun. We have never been to Go Bananas so phoned ahead to see what the go was. We were told the cafe would be closed so in this case we took our own food which we noted at entry and the front desk person allowed us in with the food.
Our young boy started playing on the equipment and my wife sat down to get in well needed bite to eat. Immediately she was spoken to like dirt by a demanding staff member stating that the food was not allowed – we tried to explain the situation which in the end became heated. The staff member refused to believe that we had phoned ahead etc as noted above and been given permsission for the food.
What could have easily been dealt with by a simply “Im sorry you were told that but next time please dont bring food” was rather dealt with in a very rude manner.
We demanded our money back and left – wont be back the place is run by rude offensive people with no CUSTOMER service skills.
The place has some good equipment and is fun for kids just not wasting my hard earned on poor service.

It is unfortunate that the reaction you have chosen is in anger.
We were actually thanked by members of the public as your language used around children in the centre was appalling.
Our no food policy has been in place for 10 years, and even if you still feel that you were told you could bring food it was interesting your wife was advised No outside food at her table before you came over with a tone and voicing that this was an issue.
Unfortunately your manner warranted a firm tone from our Supervisor and in this case we also had support from other patrons.
On this occasion I would have to reply that the situation was handled adequately.
Your money was returned for entry.
