Fantastic swim school. I have 3 children learning to swim at this school and I love it. The reception staff try to accommodate your requested time and day as best as they can and they are always very friendly and helpful. The swim instructors are fabulous, my 3 year son cried on his first two lessons because he was afraid of the water and now he cries when it’s time to get out he enjoys it so much.

My son has been swimming here for 18 months and loves it. Yes, we’ve had the occasional teacher who we didn’t like the teaching style of, but the management always took on board our feedback. Since the refurb, the pool has much better access and the changing area is great, especially the underfloor heating. Plus the new coffee shop upstairs is great. Oh and our swim teacher is fab!

Very surprised by the experiences of the previous reviewer. Our son loves it and has taken to swimming very quickly since starting at Brook Withers – after a number of difficulties with other swimming classes. I suppose it just proves everyone is different.

Swimming factory. POORLY run classes, rude staff. I and 3 other parents have pulled their children out of this school. Would never recommend it to anyone. If I could give 0 star rating I would.
