PRE-NATAL YOGA- “Buddha Bellies” Classes
Pregnancy is such a magical time; a time to connect and form the first bonds of love with your baby, whilst nurturing and honouring your own health & wellbeing.
Prenatal yoga classes aim to create a space for you to fully embrace & embody your journey into motherhood, helping to reduce some of the physical and mental stress that can often surround your pregnancy.
These gentle classes will bring relief to some of the aches & pains experienced during pregnancy and will teach breathing techniques & meditations for calming the mind and preparing for the birthing experience.
Our “Buddha Bellies” classes provide a supportive group environment for mums-to-be to share in this magical time together.
*For prenatal from 2nd trimester onwards (recommended at least 12 weeks).
POST-NATAL/MUMS N BUBS YOGA- “Baby Buddhas” Classes
Now that your little bundle of joy has arrived, post-natal classes provide a wonderful opportunity for mums and bubs to enjoy some yoga time together.
These classes will help to strengthen your body and get you back on track after the birth of your baby, whilst encouraging some much needed rest and relaxation, which can be so beneficial as a new mum.
This can be a wonderful time re-focus on your own health & wellbeing, get out of the house without the hassle of needing a babysitter, and form some life long friendships with other mums in the group.
This class welcomes mothers with bubs from as young as 4 wks (if natural birth) or 6 wks (if c-section), and continues up until our baby buddhas are up to 8 months old.
MUMS N TOTS YOGA- ages 2-5 yrs
A fun group class for mums and their lil tots to enjoy and experience the benefits of yoga together.
These 45min classes are tailored to keep the little ones entertained as they learn to move and play and then focus & calm.
Mums are welcome to attend with one or more children. (Additional children $5 extra per class.)
KIDS YOGART (Yoga & Art)- ages 6-12 yrs
YOGART classes give your child the opportunity to develop their self awareness through both yoga and art/creativity…
Both Yoga & Art have many benefits for childrens’ wellbeing. Yoga helps to calm and center children, teaching them valuable tools for gaining control over both their body and their mind, whilst improving both their co-ordination & self esteem. Art Therapy allows children the ability for self expression and creative insight into their mind.
